Chicago Police Probe Video Of Toddler Smoking Pot: Man Shows Child How To Inhale

  • by: Alan Duke

Chicago police are trying to find a young boy who appeared in a shocking video in which a man is heard encouraging the toddler to smoke a marijuana blunt.

The child, who appeared to be about two years old, is seen holding and puffing on the pot and then passing it to the man after being told "Let me hit that."

A Chicago activist told the Chicago Sun-Times that he was given the video by an unidentified woman who wanted him to report it. The woman told Andrew Holmes that she found the video on Facebook and was not associated with the child's family. Holmes has filed a child endangerment complaint that triggered the police investigation, according to the newspaper.
