Former GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina made it official Wednesday that she's supporting Ted Cruz for the Republican nomination. The endorsement is not a surprise considering she said that she voted for him in the Virginia primary on Super Tuesday.
"Ted Cruz is a fearless fighter for our constitutional rights," Fiorina said at a Cruz rally Wednesday morning.
"He has fought for our religious liberty," she said. "He is a leader and reformer."
The endorsement comes after Cruz won the Idaho primary and placed second to Donald Trump in Mississippi, Michigan and Hawaii.
Cruz "has won over and over and over," she said. "He has won."
Fiorina never won. She dropped out of the race after a seventh place finish in the GOP's New Hampshire primary in February.
