Although fake news site nbc.com.co (not nbc.com) announced it, there will be no sequel to the classic 1998 Coen Brothers cult film. The brothers have clearly stated in interviews there wouldn't be a sequel and even if there were plans to make one they wouldn't be announced on a site that also posted such classic headlines as:

It is not the first time a hoax about a possible sequel makes the rounds, this Snopes.com article has examples dating back to 2014.
