Does this picture show the 2017 Women's March? Yes, that is true. The picture was taken during the demonstration on January 21, 2017 in Washington D.C., the day after President Trump's inauguration. Since then the photo has been shared by various people without context or sometimes implying it was a picture of the November 14, 2020 Washington D.C. protests in favor of President Donald Trump.
An example of the picture being published without context can be seen in this post (archived here) by Dr. Rashid A. Buttar shortly after the November 14 protest.
