No, that's not true: A Pentagon duty officer and representatives of the CDC told Lead Stories that this claim is false. The website where this claim was made publishes fabricated content.
The claim appeared in an article published by Real Raw News on December 3, 2023, titled "JAG Nabs Another CDC Official" (archived here), which began:
