No, that's not true: The AI generated video appears to show Scarlett Johansson, Jerry Seinfeld, Steven Spielberg, Mark Zuckerberg, Sacha Baron Cohen, David Schwimmer, Jack Black, Lenny Kravitz, Woody Allen, Sam Altman, Ben Stiller & Adam Sandler (among others) before fading into the slogan "Enough is enough." It appeared on the Instagram account of a "Generative AI Expert" and was labeled by Instagram and AI detection tools as AI generated.
The video appeared in an Instagram post (archived here) published by an account named "oribejerano_ai" on February 11, 2025. The caption (translated from Hebrew by Google Translate) read:

Lead Stories ran the first twenty senconds of the video through an AI video detection tool at hivemoderation.com and it returned it an aggregate score of 98.7%, concluding it was "likely to contain AI-generated or deepfake content":
