No, that's not true: The video is a scripted skit using actors on a studio set. The page that posted the sketch routinely publishes similar scripted scenarios and is affiliated with Network Media, a company that rents out film sets to various online "content producers".
The video (archived here) was published on the Law Talk account on Facebook on June 17, 2025, under the caption:

The one-minute video features a man who is shopping in a produce section as another person, who was not seen on camera, confronts him, demanding documentation that he is a U.S. citizen. The second man claimed he was an ICE agent. The shopper refuses to comply. The scene is on the same studio set as a video (archived here) debunked previously by Lead Stories.
