Did Ozzy Osbourne's widow Sharon publicly announce a "$20 million pledge to the Charlie Kirk Memorial Fund"? No, that's not true: No news media reported it. Sharon Osbourne's account on Instagram didn't discuss it, either.
The claim appeared in an article (archived here) published on October 13, 2025, by thebeatles.vietut.com. It opened:
BREAKING NEWS: Sharon Osbourne Stuns America with a $20 Million Pledge to the Charlie Kirk Memorial Fund -- Created by Erika Kirk to carry forward her late husband's legacy, the fund is dedicated to empowering 'America's Future' through thousands of student scholarships, national leadership programs, and faith-based initiatives.
The article included a composite image. This is what it looked like at the time of writing:

The article claimed that Sharon Osbourne delivered the remarks "before a modest group of reporters and cameras" and that the announcement "already sparked national attention", but searches across Google News (archived here) and Yahoo News (archived here) showed no journalistic reports about it.
Posts on her account on Instagram made no mention of such a donation. In fact, the most recent public entry there, as of this writing, predated Charlie Kirk's assassination (archived here) on September 10th, 2025.
The domain name of "The Beatles Music" (thebeatles.vietut.com) was registered through a Vietnamese domain name registrar in 2020 according to WHOIS data (archived here). This is not the first instance that it has published a made-up story. For example, Lead Stories previously debunked the claim that Ozzy Osbourne's widow Sharon stormed off "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" or "Jimmy Fallon's show" over remarks about Charlie Kirk.
