Was a Georgia school bus driver sued by parents because their children suffered scrapes when he stopped abruptly after a rock hit the windshield, critically injuring him? No, that's not true: There is no reporting about a lawsuit or school bus incident in Georgia matching these details. The photo of "Marcus" appearing in the video is a stock photo that has appeared online since at least 2019.
The video (archived here) was published by @leelife82 on TikTok on April 7, 2026. It was captioned:

A reverse image search with Google Lens for the inset portrait (upper right corner of the screenshot above) produced many results (pictured in part below). None of the results were about a Georgia school bus driver named Marcus who was hit by a rock that came through the bus windshield. This is a stock photo that has appeared on websites like the NYSUT Education & Learning Trust (New York State United Teachers) and Retirement Systems of Alabama since at least 2019 (archived here and here).

A Google Lens reverse image search for a screenshot of the unnamed judge in the video (below left) did not uncover any matches. A review of other @leelife82 videos posted on TikTok shows many videos with similar plotlines: a person who did something heroic is later sued for a large sum of money. In a video (archived here) posted on March 16, 2026, a gray-haired judge with glasses, but a slightly different appearance than the other judge, appeared to be seated in the same courtroom, with the same flag, microphone, office chair, and water bottle (below right). In this video, the caption read:
A man is being sued for $200,000 after saving a child who fell into the water.

Searches on Google News for "Georgia bus driver hit by rock" (archived here) and separately, "Georgia bus driver sued by parents" (archived here) did not produce any relevant results that matched the scenario presented in the video.
