Viral Video: Delaware Police Shoot Man In Wheelchair Who Threatened Suicide

Cell phone video showed how police confronted and then shot to death a disabled man who had already shot himself in a suicide attempt in Wilmington, Delaware.

Police said they found a handgun in the man's wheelchair, although the man's family dispute that he was armed.
