Somebody really knows how to cause an earthquake in the world of One Direction fans. They "leaked" a fake sex tape purported to be of Briana Jungwirth, the ex-girlfriend of Louis Tomlinson, who is pregnant with the One Direction singer's child.
It took just a short time for #OhNoBriana to become a globally trending Twitter hashtag, further fueling the panic that involved a major amount of slut shaming targeted as the 23-year-old Jungwirth.
But a survey of online posts and other sources reveals it is a hoax. As we say here at Lead Stories: Just because it's trending, doesn't mean it's true.
