Twitter Seems To Be Down

UPDATE: seems like Twitter is back up and apologizing for the inconvenience. Hey, no big deal Twitter, we all have technical problems sometimes!

The popular Twitter social media site and service appears to be down for many users this morning. There are scattered reports of people still able to reach the site but many others are saying they are presented with a blank screen when trying to visit http://twitter.com.
