Donald Trump's Reaction To Obama Address: 'We Need A New President - FAST!'

  • by: Alan Duke

Donald Trump made it clear as soon as President Obama concluded his Oval Office address on terrorism that he was not impressed. "Is that all there is? We need a new President - FAST!" Trump tweeted.

The GOP presidential frontrunner live-tweeted as he watched the speech.

In another tweet, Trump actually approved of Obama's use of a TelePrompter to read the speech, something he says he doesn't do. "But that is O.K. in this case," Trump tweeted.

Trump also criticized Obama's decision to stand behind a podium rather than site behind his Oval Office desk as is usually done by presidents. "The podium in the Oval Office looks odd! Not good, but the words will be the key."

Before the president began speaking, Trump suggested he should not discuss any gun control proposals.

After the speech concluded, Trump complained that President Obama calls the terror groups ISIL, rather than ISIS.

He also jabbed at Obama for not saying "we are at WAR with RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISTS."
