Hail the King.
Hailed as "the King of Rock and Roll" or most times, simply "the King," Elvis Presley was a cultural icon of the 20th century whose fame knew no bounds. He gave the world of music one of the earliest styles of rock music: "rockability" and he was so awesome at it, that the groovy charm in his songs still continues to have a tipsy effect on our feet. But there was more to this leading figure of rock and roll than music. He made several television appearances, was a film actor, and was also drafted into military service.
