Donald Trump has nothing on Frank Underwood. Netflix released a new teaser for "House of Card" season 4 that reminds viewers of how effective President Underwood is with the media -- by pushing a wayward reporter in front of a subway train. Get rested and ready to binge on the new episodes starting March 4, 2016.
