An alarming article appeared on fake/prank website React356 titled: "Richmond Begins Mass Relocation of Low Income Blacks To Decrease City Poverty Rate". The entire text of the article read:

In a move heralded by the Trump administration Richmond, Virginia joins 26 other municipalities in delivering thousands of forced eviction and relocation notices to low income residents. Policymakers are rejoicing at the plan which will immediately result in lower poverty in the city. HUD is unable to issue housing vouchers for these residents due to budget cuts, therefore residents will be allowed to stay temporarily in highschool gymnasiums in the surrounding counties.

It goes without saying that none of this is true. No other news websites are reporting on the story and the Trump administration has not made any comments about such events taking place.

React365 is a prank website where users can submit their own headline, description and photo to create realistic looking prank news articles.

Users don't even need to upload their own image, there is a built-in search function that will pull an appropriate image from Google image search.

It looks like someone created a prank to scare some friends in Richmond and it got out of hand: as you can see in the Trendolizer graph at the end of this article several thousand people already shared it around. If you notice any friends in Richmond packing their suitcases, do send them here to be reassured.
