Fact Check: There Is NO Mystery About Who Is Seated At This UN Meeting US Ambassador

Was there some sort of "thing" representing the United States in the U.N. Security Council meeting on January 31, 2022? No, that's not true: This grainy video still shows the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield. The grainy quality of the image, coupled with the fact that she was wearing a face mask, makes it difficult to make out her features, but in the original livestreamed video of the U.N. Security Council meeting, her human features are unmistakable.

The clip that was posted to Facebook was made by filming a TV broadcast of the February 1, 2022, NBC Nightly News. The video was posted on Facebook by Rightherewithus on February 26, 2022, with the caption:

Anybody? Anybody at all?? I know your private but thanks Jake! As Usual...

This is how the post appeared on Facebook at the time of writing:

The first voice, presumably the person recording the screen of a paused TV broadcast, can be heard in the video repeatedly asking "What the hell is that?" At 30 seconds in, a second narrator who seems to be the person who runs the Facebook page Rightherewithus, says:

... Alright, a user was private who sent this to me man, but I appreciate it. But he is right. What the hell is that? Because we know none of these motherf... none of them have any personalities man like jokes and doing dumb things like this. It's not going down -- so what is going on? Sometimes, everything matches up perfectly and something happens. They can not figure our TV signals out. I don't know why. They cannot figure it out. What is going on? As usual.

The page Rightherewithus describes its focus as being "about everything in between." While not coming right out and stating that this woman is an other-worldly being, the mention of them "not being able to figure our TV signals out" points to a resurfacing theme: the implication made elsewhere on the same social media account, that non-human beings disguised as humans walk among humans on earth.

This is how the NBC Nightly News video appeared as it aired on February 1, 2022:

The U.N. Security Council met for several hours on January 31, 2022. The U.N. livestream footage appears to be from a slightly different camera angle than the still image that appeared for a moment on the Nightly News. Although this screenshot does not show that exact moment, it does show how Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield appeared on that day -- like a normal person, wearing a face mask.

Lead Stories debunked another video from this page that included some recordings of broadcast video glitches, technical problems that were not caused by shapeshifting reptilians.
