Fact Check: Video Does NOT Authentically Show Teacher Kicking Out Student for MAGA Hat -- It's a Sketch It's a Sketch

Did a video shared in March 2025 authentically show a teacher ordering a student to leave her classroom because he was wearing a MAGA hat? No, that's not true: the video in question was no more than a sketch. The TikTok account that posted it has a history of publishing short skits featuring the same actors shown in the fake classroom video.

The clip appeared in a March 23, 2025, post on X (archived here), which contained the following caption:

Whoa
Dude gets thrown out of class for wearing a MAGA hat. He stood his ground

The clip was posted on TikTok (archived here) on March 21, 2025, by the account @networkmediaissod, as shown below.

A quick browse of that account's feed shows a series a similar sketches:

The actor who played the teacher in the sketch posted on March 21 can clearly be seen in at least two other sketches posted by the same TikTok account. Here she is in the "teacher/student MAGA hat" sketch:
