Is there evidence that music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs divulged, in testimony, that House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries attended "Communist Party Freak Off" parties, as a social media post claimed? No, that's not true: The post appeared while Combs was on trial in federal court in Manhattan on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. But Combs had not testified at that time, nor had he publicly made any statements about Hakeem Jeffries. The post provides no links, case numbers or document/transcript locations by which to independently verify the claim, which had not been reported by any evidence-based news organization as of May 15, 2025.
The claim appeared in a May 14, 2025 Facebook post (archived here) where it was published on the CreepyJonathan Facebook page under the title "Congressman Hakeem Jeffries Linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs Freak Off Party". It opened:
WASHINGTON, D.C.- In a bizarre twist emerging from a federal investigation into illicit Hollywood gatherings, music mogul Sean "Diddy " Combs divulged shocking details about late night affairs attended by Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, Minority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives. According to testimony, Jeffries was a recurring guest of honor at covert "Communist Party Freak Offs," themed around exaggerated communist nostalgia.

The post includes at the end, the word "@newsmax." Lead Stories searched the Newsmax site for the names of Combs and Jeffries and found no such report.
Using the search terms "Hakeem Jeffries" AND "Sean Combs" AND "Communist Party Freak Off" Lead Stories found zero stories (archived here) in the GoogleNews.com index of thousands of news sites:

Manual searches of the New York Times and CNN, which are providing daily on-site coverage of the Combs trial, which began May 5, 2025, turned up no report Combs had testified, much less saying anything about Jeffries.
The U.S. Department of Justice office for the Southern District of New York, which is prosecuting the case, showed no mention of Jeffries on the website where copies of indictments and other prosecutorial documents can be found.
"Freak Off" is a phrase from the Combs indictment, (archived here). The indictment makes no mention of Communist Party freak offs or any other kind. It described them, on page 6, as sex performances that Combs arranged and directed with sex workers, friends and his employees and business associates, as spelled out in this screenshot:
