Fact Check: Video Does NOT Show Missiles From Pakistan Impacting Delhi -- Old Israel Footage Tel Aviv

Does a video authentically show a missile attack by Pakistan on Delhi? No, that's not true: A viral video misrepresents old footage of a ballistic missile attack on Tel Aviv in Israel as being related to the 2025 conflict between India and Pakistan. The missiles in the video were fired by Iran at Israel in 2024.

The video appeared in a post on X (archived here) published on May 10, 2025 with a caption that read:

Pakistan's attack on Delhi.

This is the video in question:

The video in question has been online since at least October 1, 2024 when Al Jazeera posted a non-cropped version on X here (archived here):

They posted the same video on YouTube too (archived here) with an almost identical description that read:

Videos show dozens of missiles flying over Tel Aviv, some of them landing. The Israeli military says the missiles were fired by Iran and that a "large number" had been intercepted.
