President Obama delivers a live statement about the mass shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida. At least 50 people died and another 53 were wounded by a 29-year-old Florida man whose family is from Afghanistan.
The attack early Sunday is the deadliest mass shooting in United States history.
President Obama said it was being investigated as an act of terror. "What is clear is that he was a person filled with hatred," President Obama said.
