As we reported in our previous article liberal troll extraordinaire Christopher Blair has been on the warpath against "Conservative Stamp", a "real" fake news website that was stealing content from Blair's network of satirical fake news sites. The campaign already had some successes with Facebook blocking sharing of links to the site and several articles being taken down.
Now it seems Santa brought another big lump of coal to the person or people running Conservative Stamp. The entire hosting account of the site appears to have been suspended by their hosting provider:
Some of their content is still visible via archive.is. In addition it appears apvtoday.com (google cache archive) is also down. This site was hosted on the same IP address and was also stealing content from Blair. Interestingly enough that site seemed to share a Google Analytics account (UA-104945564) with the website apv.today which is still up at the time of writing. And according to public WHOIS data that last site is owned by a "Zark Gjoshevski" from Veles in Macedonia, the world capital of fake news.
Blair commented on the takedown via one of his Facebook pages.
And thus it ends for "Conservative Stamp". R.I.P. 2017/11/15 - 2017/12/24, barely a month and a half old, died alone on a cold Christmas morning. Cause of death: DMCA'd to death by a troll.
Merry Christmas everyone!
