Fact Check: Ukraine Gun Battle Is From 2018 NOT 2022 2018 Footage

Did this footage of a gun battle between Ukraine and Russia get caught on camera in 2022? No, that's not true: Sky News' YouTube channel posted this exact video on August 3, 2018, with the title, "On the frontline in Ukraine | Hotspots." The 2:51-long clip seen on Facebook starts nine minutes 41 seconds into the YouTube video.

The claim appeared in a Facebook post (archived here) on March 24, 2022. The caption on the video reads:

Ukraine gun battle caught on camera

Lead Stories did a reverse image search and found the original video. The Facebook video starts at 9:41 in the original YouTube version.
