Donald Trump Launches Twitter Rant Against Fox: Encourages Boycott Of Channel

  • by: Alan Duke

Just hours after Scott Walker dropped out of the GOP presidential race and urged other candidates to band together against Donald Trump, the front-running billionaire launched a Twitter tirade against Fox News. Trump tweeted "I am having a really hard time watching @FoxNews."

He called out frequent Fox guest Rich Lowry, who is editor of the National Review. "@RichLowry is truly one of the dumbest of the talking heads - he doesn't have a clue!"

Lowry apparently appreciated the special attention and retweeted Trump's slam with this message added: "@realDonaldTrump I had a feeling the talking like an eighth-grader line would get to you"

The anti-Fox rant continued with Trump re-tweeting supporters' attacks on the conservative news channel.

"@seleti00: @realDonaldTrump @FoxNews They attack you more then CNN or MSNBC combined. Just a bunch of old Bush appointee Rhinos."

"@VickyBrush: Do what most of us are doing! Turn off @FoxNews! There is a major boycott going on with them, anyway. Problem solved!
