Did Donald Trump's older sister, Elizabeth Trump Grau, tweet in support of the president? No, that's not true. The "tweet" was created on a parody account. It's not real.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) by President Trump on November 20, 2020. He shared an article that was based off a tweet from an account that purported to belong to Trump Grau. The president wrote:
Thank you Elizabeth, LOVE!
This is what the post looked like on Twitter at the time of writing:

Here's a link to the Wayne Dupree Media article the president shared. Originally titled, "Trump's Sister Issues Rare and Bold Statement on 2020 Election and Proves How Much She Believes in Her Brother," it opened:
This election has become such a huge injustice that even Trump's sister Elizabeth is speaking out on it. Now Elizabeth Trump rarely, and I mean rarely makes public statements, so just appreciate the weight of her words.
This election inspired me to break my silence and speak out on behalf of my family. My brother Don won this election and will fight this to the very end. We've always been a family of fighters. We are all so very proud of him and the job he has done for our country. 4 MORE YEARS!

The article was later updated to walk back its initial claim that the account was genuine. A subsequent headline read: "Trump's Alleged Sister Issues Rare and Bold Statement on 2020 Election and Proves How Much She Believes in Her Brother." The updated article issued an apology, in the case that the account turns out not to be real.
Indeed, that's the case.
Since the time of the article's publication, the purported account of Trump Grau added a tag identifying it as a parody account, as can be seen here. It's fake. Trump's sister is not behind it. Whoever is wrote:
I would've clarified sooner that I was a parody but I certainly didn't anticipate President Trump himself taking notice of the account. Don't blame @WayneDupreeShow... it's on me for not making that clear. Hope y'all will forgive me - feel bad for creating any confusion. LOVE!
