Did Myriam Bourla, the wife of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, die November 10, 2021 after complications from Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine? No, that's not true: She was photographed with her husband at an awards ceremony on November 11, 2021.
Conservative Beaver, the website where the claim originated, often writes fabricated stories about public figures.
The claim appeared in an article (archived here) published by Conservative Beaver on November 10, 2021, under the title "Wife of Pfizer's CEO dies after complications from the vaccine." It opened:
Myriam Bourla - the wife of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla - has died from complications from the COVID-19 vaccine early Wednesday, according to her doctor.

The article claims that Myriam Bourla passed away early Wednesday in NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital.
NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital told Lead Stories that the claim is not accurate in a November 12, 2021, email.
Albert Bourla tweeted a photo of himself and his wife at an award ceremony on November 11, 2021.
Enjoying the moment with my wife and Pfizer's Chief Human Resources Officer at last night's @AtlanticCouncil Distinguished Leadership Awards. Glad we were able to be together in person as I accepted this award on behalf of our purpose-driven colleagues around the world. pic.twitter.com/y3r0y6peal

A Pfizer spokesperson told us in a November 11, 2021, email that Myriam Bourla's death is a "false claim." The New York Chief Medical Examiner said they didn't "have any investigation of a decedent matching the information you provided."
Lead Stories also asked Pfizer if Myriam Bourla had been vaccinated, if so with the Pfizer vaccine. We will update this story when we receive an answer from Pfizer.
Albert Bourla is fully vaccinated against COVID. He tweeted about his vaccination status on March 10, 2021:
Excited to receive my 2nd dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech #COVID19 vaccine. There's nothing I want more than for my loved ones and people around the world to have the same opportunity. Although the journey is far from over, we are working tirelessly to beat the virus. pic.twitter.com/ES05WPBLJA
