Does a photo show Bill and Hillary Clinton fleeing the country just before documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case were expected to be released in late February 2025? No, that's not true: The photo circulating on social media is a still frame from a video filmed on July 8, 2018. The video was published in a Daily Mail article the next day. It shows the Clintons on a domestic flight from Washington, D.C., to New York.
The photo appeared in a post (archived here) published on X on February 26, 2025. The post was captioned:
🚨BREAKING: Bill & Hillary Clinton seen leaving the country via Delta flight today.
Are they afraid of the Epstein List release..?

A Google reverse image search with the image of the Clintons returned results showing that the image was from a video that had appeared several times in the Daily Mail. One article (archived here) published first on July 9, 2018, is titled, "We the people: Bill and Hillary Clinton fly commercial TWICE in one weekend and the former president is spotted mingling with the masses while his wife hides away with Secret Service detail" The article contains photos and video that were taken by fellow passengers on both flights. One photo caption (pictured below right), indicated the photo was taken on a Sunday -- which would have been July 8, 2018.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi stated in a February 26, appearance on Fox News, (at the 2:27 minute mark) that the Department of Justice will be releasing some documents related to Jeffrey Epstein on Thursday, February 27, 2025 (archived here). At the time of writing the documents, believed to include flight logs and a client list, had yet to be made public.
