Does a photo show Pam Bondi with Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein? No, that's not true: The image being widely shared across social platforms with the claim it shows the future Attorney General Bondi with Trump and Epstein is real, but the blonde woman is Belgian model Ingrid Seynhaeve, according to the photo agency that owns the photograph. The Getty Images licensing website said it was taken by photographer Sonia Moskowitz at a Victoria's Secret party in New York City on April 28, 1997.
The claim appeared across social platforms, including in a post (archived here) published on October 8, 2025. The photo caption read:
COMEY YOU ARE INDICTED AND THE CASE SHOULD BE DROPPED! CONFLICT OF INTEREST BONDI. NICE SHEER BLACK GOWN! TRUMP, BONDI, AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN.

That is not Bondi in the photo. It is Ingrid Seynhaeve, a Belgian model who attended the same party as Trump and Epstein in 1997. This is not a newly-discovered photograph. The Getty Images licensing website (archived here) includes the image for licensing to publishers. The caption reads:

Most false claims using this photo focus on Bondi's role as President Trump's Attorney General and her statements about the FBI's Jeffrey Epstein case files. The example above references the federal indictment of former FBI Director James Comey on charges of obstruction of justice and lying to Congress. The implication is that Bondi is following Trump's orders because she was associated with Epstein.
