Video: Surfer Beats Shark In Surf Competition

Pro surfer Mick Fanning avoided disaster during the finals of South Africa's J-Bay surf competition when a shark bit his leg tie in half. Fanning punched the shark, causing the big fish to swim away before it did any damage to him or other surfers. The World Surf League canceled the remainder of Sunday's event.
