Was rapper Machine Gun Kelly (aka MKG), real name Richard Colson Bake, sent to rehabilitatio after hearing Eminem's diss track about him? No, that's not true: the story was invented by a "fauxtire" site that publishes made up stories for entertainment purposes. If you saw it anywhere else they just copied it from there, it is not actually real.
The story originated from an article published by 8Shit on September 15, 2018 titled "Machine Gun Kell Sent To Rehabilitation After Eminem's Diss" (archived here) which opened:
29-year old rapper Machine Gun Kelly has been sent to rehabilitation after finding out that Eminem (aka The goat) dissed him in a recent track, dedicated completely to him.
MGK immediately passed out and was taken to the hospital.
Users on social media only saw this title, description and thumbnail so they may have thought it was real:

The beef between Eminem and MKG is real though, as reported by USA Today:

Eminem isn't ready to stop firing shots at Machine Gun Kelly just yet. The rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, released another NSFW diss track about the fellow rapper Friday titled " Killshot." Even the track's artwork threatens MGK, whose real name is Richard Baker, with a gun-sight drawn over a depiction of the young rapper's face with the eyes crossed out in red X's.
