No, that's not true: A screenshot showing such a post was later described by the original uploader as "a meme." No such post appeared on Trump's account or was indexed by Google.
The meme appeared in an X Post (archived here) published on March 3, 2025. It was accompanied by this quote:

A Google search for the phrase "cardano" limited to links containing truthsocial.com/@realdonaldtrump using the "site:" search operator returned no results, indicating Google didn't recently index such a post.
The account that originally posted the image later posted a followup (archived here) saying it was "a meme":
